Stefanie is the Artdirector of George Labs a strategic innovation unit from Erste Group, one of the largest central European financial institutions. In January 2020 she was appointed as Head of UX/UI of the Erste Group Platform Division. At her core, she is an UX strategist who believes that highly effective product strategy requires insight into the intersection of design, business, technology and the user. Today, the mother of two leads a 21-person UI/UX team and is responsible for George’s design and user experience in six countries.
