Muhammed Salim is heading the product design team at Deel as the Director of Product Design. His role entails inspiring and encouraging product designers to reach their potential, providing actionable feedback, attracting and retaining talented product designers, creating a healthy environment for product designers to flourish and progress in their desired career path and much more.
He believes design is best done collaboratively as a team with hard work and passion.
Before Deel, he led designs in Revolut’s Payments and Cards teams. In addition to his current work with Deel, Muhammed mentors, offers advice and engages with other designers across the field. He enjoys the creative thinking process and has great passion for design.
He studied BA (Hons) Interactive Multimedia Design at the University of Hertfordshire, in the UK.
