Marcela Machuca is a mexican Service Designer based in Copenhagen. Currently, she works at Nordea, one of the leading banks in Scandinavia. She has more than 10 years of experience leading service design projects within large organisations such as ING, BBVA, Verti, Mapfre, Pepper bank, etc.
Throughout her career, she has supported the growth of the service design practice by teaching and leading the Service Design Drinks in Madrid, fostering knowledge sharing in the design community.
Today, she is passionate about helping young talent sharpen their challenge reframing skills to position designers as change agents inside large organisations. In her spare time, she organizes Collage sessions in her local community.
